You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sx786 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
You must notify sx786 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. sx786 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to safeguard your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
sx786 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire Platform. All session activity is monitored for anomalous patterns. Suspected account compromise is investigated promptly, and affected accounts may be temporarily suspended pending resolution.
sx786 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your sx786 Account within two to five minutes of confirmed payment processor acknowledgement. sx786 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within five to thirty minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will experience delays until satisfactory documentation is provided. sx786 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts or where fraud indicators are identified.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail.
Cricket Betting: PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20I markets are governed by the cricket betting rules published in the Cricket section of the Platform. Key provisions include: match abandonment settlement rules, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments, dead-heat rules for tied markets, and voiding conditions for postponed fixtures.
Casino Games: All casino games — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and slot titles — use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or certified live dealer streams. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform. Technical errors that result in an incorrect game outcome will be investigated; sx786 reserves the right to void affected rounds.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
sx786 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, your name, CNIC number, date of birth, contact information, payment method details, betting history, and session activity logs. This data is used for account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, AML monitoring, customer support, and (where you have opted in) personalised promotional communications.

sx786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure, Real Funds held in the Account (net of any Bonus Funds and amounts under investigation) will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method within 14 business days, provided no legal hold or investigation requires the retention of funds. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure regardless of circumstances.

During the pendency of any dispute, sx786 reserves the right to withhold the disputed amount from withdrawal pending final resolution. All other undisputed Account funds remain accessible during this period.
sx786 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — sx786 will provide notice via a prominent announcement on the Platform homepage and, where possible, by email notification to registered Account holders at least seven days prior to the revised Terms taking effect.
For minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in payment method availability — sx786 may update the Terms without advance notice, with the revised Terms taking effect upon publication. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent amendment.
Your continued use of the sx786 Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sx786 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process described in Section 14.
Nothing in this clause shall limit sx786's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it considers such relief necessary to protect its legitimate business interests, including the prevention of fraud, intellectual property infringement, or unauthorised access to the Platform.
